A note from France: I was drawn to Kate Kilmurray's work first because of her aesthetic which is similar to mine. When I read more about her I knew I had to share her products in my store. Every piece she creates holds much meaning and much gratitude too, something that resonates with me as I hold similar views on my work with textiles and natural dyes. In her words, Kate views her work- a weaving-meditation as an offering, an awareness and connection to the rhythms of life, the result of which is a beautiful reminder to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us as each potholder is used in the kitchen.
