PAALAM Silk Crepe (long 7" x 50")

Out of Stock
  • A note from France: Paalam (pa.a.lam) - A Filipino word for goodbye. Have you consciously chosen to let go of people in your life? I learned to set my boundaries in my 30s and walked away from relationships that were no longer healthy. It was hard to do so, especially when the friendship took years to develop but it was also necessary. This piece honors that season and celebrates the peace that comes with walking away.

This 100% silk crepe de chine scarf with a hand rolled hem is dyed with chestnuts, pomegranates, logwood, brazilwood sawdust, and iron. Please take note that silk crepe is sheer and has a subtle sheen.  Actual colors may vary slightly in person. Due to its handmade nature, there may be imperfect patterns or marks on the textile making every piece uniquely beautiful. This piece has been prewashed. Visit the FAQ page to learn more about natural dyes and textiles. Naturally dyed in San Diego, California.

If purchasing as a gift for someone else, you may leave a message on the NOTE section upon checkout.
