LAGO Silk Crepe (micro 6" x 22")

Out of Stock
  • A note from France: Lago (la.gô) - A Filipino noun that means growth or a verb that means thriving. I think I learned that success comes in different forms during my 30s. Asian culture defines success in very specific ways and so when you grow up in that culture, the pressure to live up to societal norms of what success is, is so real. But success can also mean overcoming that first step to go out of your comfort zone and pursue growth. May this piece serve as a reminder that someone else's success may look different from yours. And that's okay! What's more important is that you take the first step and then another and another.

This 100% silk crepe de chine scarf with a hand rolled hem is dyed with madder, logwood, lac, chestnuts, and iron. Please take note that silk crepe is sheer and has a subtle sheen.  Actual colors may vary slightly in person. Due to its handmade nature, there may be imperfect patterns or marks on the textile making every piece uniquely beautiful. This piece has been prewashed. Visit the FAQ page to learn more about natural dyes and textiles. Naturally dyed in San Diego, California.
